First Screenshot of Outlook Show Manager I need your feedback
So, after quite a time I finished the first prototype of the first form of Artist’Organizer to enter the information of a “booking” or more general speaking of a business opportunity (BO):

This is my very first shot on what I data I want to enter for a new Business Opportunity. I told you before that we will use a minimalistic approach on this project and get further from that.
Before I now get on with the development I need YOUR feedback and opinions. Please tell me:
- Do you agree with the data requested by this dialog to manage your bookings? Is there any IMPORTANT information missing that can’t be stored in the Notes section for the first step?
- On Which data would you like to get statistics in later versions?
- Would you prefer to have predefined types of shows that you can just select by a drop-down field?
- Is the Term “Business Opportunity” too broad? I feel “Booking” is too tight.
PLEASE give me your feedback and opinions as I really want to develop here a solution that fits a performing artist with as little overhead as possible.
I will make a follow up post as soon as I have all feed backs processed as I expect that there will be a lot of questions to be answered.

I have a system that uses act with outlook a& word.
This use mail merge to it’s full potential.
If you are in the uk I could give you a demo which could help your system set up.
Hers some of the fields that I use which may be of use to you.
Missing data…
Contact details + Mobile,Fax,Wok Phone, Home phone.Bride & Grooms name, unique ref number.
For kids shows… Child’s Name (first), Age, sex, birth date.
General… Occasion, source.
Would you prefer to have predefined types of shows Yes.
Is the Term “Business Opportunity” too broad? I feel “Booking” is too tight. I use Prospect & Customer Plus subscribed and Warning (I have a picture on contact page as a visual warning as well)

Unfortunately I’m in Germany. I know that Act is a strong but also expensive tool.
I’don’t know if it really makes sense to have form fields for all of the data you sugested or if they are better stored in the Notes section. I agree that Mobile Phone and Fax make perfectly sense.
Which “Business Opportunity” too broad feel “Booking” is too tight?
I didn’t mean the sales status but how to name such an item that consists of the data in this form should be called, like “Contact”, Appointment etc.
I could use “Booking” but perhaps it’s not a booking but a lecture e.g.
