It will have a 20,000 seater stadium on the Tower headland and other attractions on each of the other 5 headlands.It will also have new trams and new tram stops that will allow less able people to access the trams. Also one big thing that has just happened is that Blackpool Council have bought the Tower, Winter Gardens and some of the other attractions. They will make the Winter Gardens into a great modern conference facility. They also are going to maintain the building and refurbish it to a standard that is befitting.
